Available programs
The largest program subsidizing the replacement of coal and gas boilers with heat pumps. Covers installation, materials and design documentation.

Conditions
- ›Single-family home or unit in a multi-family building
- ›Legal title to the property
- ›Replacement of a solid-fuel boiler (for higher rates)
- ›Income up to PLN 135,000/year (tier II) or no limit (tier I)
Subsidy for photovoltaic installations for prosumers. Can be combined with Czyste Powietrze for comprehensive modernization.
What it covers
- Photovoltaic system (min. 2 kWp)
- Energy storage (additional up to PLN 16,000)
- Energy management system (HEMS/EMS)
- Electric vehicle charger

- ›Prosumer — installation for own use
- ›Agreement with the DSO (distribution system operator)
- ›Micro-installation connected after 01.02.2020
- ›No prior PV subsidy from other programs
Program for owners of units in multi-family residential buildings. Replacement of obsolete heating, installation of renewable energy and thermal modernization.

- Heat pump for the unit

- Connection to the district heating network

We prepare the documents
We prepare the application, energy audit, cost estimate and all attachments. You just sign.
Application submission
We submit the application via the Czyste Powietrze portal or the municipality. We monitor the status.
Installation & handover
After approval we carry out the installation. We document the work with photos and protocols required by the program.
Grant settlement
We submit the payment application with full documentation. The subsidy lands in your account.
Frequently asked questions about subsidies
How long does the Czyste Powietrze application review take?
Typically 30–90 days from submission of a complete application. At WFOŚIGW in Lower Silesia the time is often shorter.
Can I get a subsidy for a new building?
Czyste Powietrze applies to existing buildings with an inefficient heat source. For new buildings, other programs are available (e.g. 0% loan).
Does installation before submitting the application disqualify me from the subsidy?
Yes — in most programs, installation before the application date or before signing the grant agreement excludes you from reimbursement. It's best to submit the application first.
Can Czyste Powietrze be combined with Mój Prąd?
Yes, a photovoltaic installation implemented together with a heat pump can be subsidized by both programs at the same time.
